Facilities at Steven Lodge – Social Care Home

Steven Lodge is located within walking distance to Chatham town centre. Chatham is a historic town in Medway, Kent, offering fantastic and varied local amenities such as cinemas, leisure centres, theatres and a Bowling Alley. Other places of interest include the Chatham Historic Dockyard, Fort Amherst and nearby Rochester Cathedral and Castle.

Steven Lodge is warm, tastefully furnished and homely. It is designed to accommodate three service users, female and male.

The home is constructed on three levels.

The upper floor has two sizeable bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. One bedroom has its own en-suite facilities with a shower, toilet and sink. The other bedrooms have wash basins.

On the second floor are a bathroom – with bath, shower, toilet and a sink. There is a staff room/office and a third bedroom with a wash basin.

On the lower floor is a spacious kitchen/diner that opens into a fenced and secured private garden. The lounge has access into a quiet courtyard, which is partly covered from inclement weather conditions. For the convenience of our service users, a washroom is also available on this floor.
