The qualifications and experience of our staff are diverse and wide ranging. Some of our staff are Registered General Nurses and others are Registered Mental Health Nurses. All our Support Care Workers will be expected to undertake the National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) in care at levels 2 and 3.

Eight years experience of working with adults with learning disabilities as adult placement carer. After training and qualification as a mental health nurse, he worked in forensic mental health setting for adults with mental health needs. He also worked for a number of years as manager in various capacities in the penal settings of the criminal justice system.
Profile of Our Registered Manager

Eight years experience working with adults with learning disabilities as an adult placement carer. After qualifying as a mental health nurse, she has worked in a variety of settings for older adults with mental health needs. She went on to specialise in the area of dementia care. Took up post of Admiral Nursing in 2001. In this role she devised a training programme for staff who work with a dual diagnosis of learning disabilities and dementia. Also has experience managing a care home for people with learning disabilities.
